Terms and End-User License Agreement: Flavir Books
Last updated October 12, 2026.
These terms are between you and Flavir Technologies LLC ("Flavir") for your use of Flavir Books. By connecting Flavir Books to your QuickBooks Online company or using it, you agree to them.
License
Flavir gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Flavir Books for your own business's bookkeeping, or, if you are an accountant or bookkeeper, for your clients' businesses with their permission.
What it is and is not
Flavir Books is a tool that sorts transactions and prepares entries and reports. It is not an accounting, tax, legal or financial advice service. You, and your accountant or tax professional, are responsible for reviewing the results, for what is posted to your books, and for any filings.
Your permission
You authorize Flavir Books to read your QuickBooks data and to add the entries you approve. You can withdraw that permission at any time by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks. You confirm you have the right to give the permission for the company you connect.
Your data
Your data remains yours. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Flavir Books for anything unlawful, to misstate a business's finances, or to interfere with the service or another customer's data.
No warranty; limits
Flavir Books is provided "as is". We try to be accurate but do not promise it is error-free. To the extent the law allows, Flavir is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Ending
You may stop using Flavir Books at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are broken. Sections that by their nature should continue (data, liability limits) will continue.
