A bookkeeping assistant that gets small-business books caught up and keeps them current.

Flavir Books reads the bank and card activity a business gives it, sorts every transaction, asks the owner short questions about anything unclear, and posts the finished entries to the business's own QuickBooks Online company. The owner approves what is posted. The books stay in the owner's QuickBooks.

What it does with your QuickBooks

• Reads your accounts and categories so the entries match your chart of accounts.
• Adds transactions and corrections that you have approved.
• Never moves money, never changes bank or payment settings, and never shares your data to advertise to you.

Connecting and disconnecting

You connect Flavir Books to QuickBooks on the connect page. You can disconnect at any time from QuickBooks (Settings, then Apps) or on the disconnect page.
